This policy explains what personal information StaySeen Studios ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, the customer and agency portals, and our video services.
1. What we collect

Cookies. We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure.
2. Face and voice (biometric information)
Your photos, video and voice sample can be used to identify you, so some states treat them as biometric or sensitive information. For this information:
- Consent first. We collect it only after you give written permission when you sign up. Agencies must have their client's written permission.
- One purpose. We use it only to make the videos you or your agency order.
- No sale or training. We don't sell it, rent it or trade it. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models. We don't allow our providers to use it for their own purposes, as far as their terms let us control.
- Deletion. We permanently delete it 180 days after your account closes, or sooner if you ask. In every case we delete it no later than 3 years after your last use of the Service.
- Protection. It's stored encrypted, in private storage, and only the people who make your videos can access it.
3. How we use your information
We use it to:
- create your account, AI Twin, videos and shorts;
- deliver previews and unlock final videos after you accept them;
- charge for your plan and send receipts;
- send emails about your account, such as a video being ready, payment issues or changes to these policies;
- answer your questions;
- keep the Service secure and working;
- meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for targeted advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to help us run the Service, such as hosting, storage, payments, email and video production. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
We also share information:
- with your agency, if your account was set up by one;
- when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety;
- in a sale or merger of our business, under this policy's protections.
5. How long we keep it
- While your account is open: as long as we need it to provide the Service. Old previews are deleted when a new version replaces them.
- After you close your account: we keep your data for 180 days, so you can come back or download your videos, then we permanently delete it. This includes your AI Twin, uploads, previews, final videos and business details.
- Records we must keep: billing records, and records of the terms, permissions and auto-renewal you agreed to. We keep these for as long as the law requires: at least 3 years, and longer for tax records.
6. Your choices and rights
You can:
- see and change your information in your account;
- download your videos at any time;
- ask us for a copy of your personal information;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your face-and-voice permission, which ends AI Twin videos and deletes your AI Twin;
- stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link. Account emails, such as receipts, will still be sent.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, Illinois or Washington), you may have more rights under state law, including the right to know what we collect and to appeal a decision about your request.
- We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
- We'll confirm who you are before acting on a request.
- An authorized agent may make a request for you, with your permission.
7. Security
We use:
- encryption in transit and at rest;
- private storage with links that expire;
- watermarked previews;
- limited staff access;
- providers with strong security practices.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
8. Children
We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.
9. Where your data is kept
We and our providers store and process data in the United States.
10. Changes
- We may change this policy at any time.
- The date above shows the latest version.
