1. What we do

AI Twin videos. We build your AI Twin, a digital presenter (an AI avatar and voice), from photos, a short talking video and a voice sample you give us. Then we write scripts and make short videos with it.
Shorts. You send us links to videos you already have. We cut them into vertical clips of 60 seconds or shorter.
Each video and short is checked by a person before it's sent to you.

The information you give us must be accurate. Keep it up to date.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

When you accept these Terms and the face-and-voice permission, you allow us and the providers we use (see the Privacy Policy) to:
- create your AI Twin from your photos, video and voice;
- use it only to make videos for your account.
We don't use your AI Twin for anyone else. We don't publish anything with it on our own.
You can withdraw your permission at any time by closing your account or contacting us.
Only upload your own face and voice. Agencies: see Section 5.

You keep ownership of what you give us: logos, photos, scripts, business details, voice samples and the videos you link to. You give us a limited license to use that content only to provide the Service to you.
You confirm that you own the content, or have permission to use it, including every video you send for shorts. You also confirm our use of it as described here won't violate anyone's rights.
Final videos. Once you accept a video and your account is paid, the final video is yours to use for your business.

If you have an agency account, you may add clients and order videos and shorts for them. You agree that:

you have each client's written permission to use their face, voice, name, logo and content before you upload them;
you'll keep that permission on file and give it to us if we ask;
you're responsible for your clients' use of the videos, and for paying for your account.

You may not use the Service to:

impersonate anyone, or make an AI Twin of someone without their permission;
make content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexual, or illegal;
make false claims about health, money, insurance, law or results;
make political or election content meant to deceive;
break platform rules, including rules about labeling AI content;
infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
try to remove watermarks, get to files you haven't unlocked, or interfere with the Service.

We may refuse to make any video or short that we think breaks these rules.

Each video or short is sent to you as a watermarked preview. Previews are for review only. Don't publish or share them except to get approval: an agency may share with its client, and a business may share with its own reviewer.
You can accept a preview or ask for changes. The clean final unlocks only after you accept.
You decide what to publish and you're responsible for it, including checking that it's accurate and allowed in your industry.
Videos made with an AI Twin are AI-generated. You agree to label them where the law or a platform requires it.

AI Twin setup: $250, one-time, charged only the first time we build your AI Twin (the AI version of you that presents your videos). Agencies: $250 for each client added. After setup you pay only the monthly plan. Changing plans has no setup fee.
Shorts plans have no setup fee.
Monthly plans renew automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel. By signing up you authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your card each month.
Monthly allowance. Each plan includes a set number of videos or shorts per month.
No refunds. The setup fee and monthly fees are not refunded, including any videos or shorts you didn't use that month, unless the law requires a refund or we choose to give one.
Failed payment: if a renewal payment fails, we'll try your card again over about two weeks. Until a payment goes through, you can't make new requests for that plan. If every try fails, your plan is cancelled. You can start a plan again at any time.
Prices don't include taxes. You pay any taxes that apply.

You can cancel anytime under Plan & billing.
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops renewing.
Your account, AI Twin and videos are kept. If you start again later, you pay only the monthly fee. There's no new setup fee.

You can close your account in Settings. This cancels your plan.
Download your videos first. After the paid month ends, we keep your data for 180 days and then permanently delete it (Section 11).
If you come back after that, you'll need a new AI Twin setup.

After an account closes, we keep your data for 180 days, then permanently delete:
- your AI Twin (avatar and voice);
- your uploads, previews and final videos.
We keep billing records and records of the terms and permissions you agreed to for as long as the law requires.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, don't pay, or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. When we can, we'll tell you first.
If we end your plan early, we may refund part of the current month at our discretion.

We may use third-party services. We're not responsible for their outages. We do choose them carefully and require them to protect your data.

The Service is provided "as is."
We don't promise any number of views, leads or sales.
AI-generated video may have small errors. That's why you review every video before it's published.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You'll defend and reimburse us for claims that come from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
